2007 NYPA ANNUAL PICNIC AND MEETING

The NYPA annual picnic and meeting was held on June 30, 2007 at the home of members Andrew and Joanne King. We had a bring-a-dish-to-pass picnic with many wonderful selections and also barbequed hot dogs and hamburgers.

After the picnic we had our annual meeting. We welcome our new director - Christopher Burke and his wife Melissa as our treasurer.

The new 2006-2007 NYPA Queen is Katelin Baker! (shown on left)

We would like to wish many years of health and happiness to retiring director Arleigh Fikes. Arleigh had been a director for the NYPA for many years and we would again like to thank him for his many years of service.

 Also we would like to thank Janet Fikes for her time in office as our Treasurer. Janet worked very hard and got everything updated and organized. Thank you, Janet!

After our meeting we had our "white horse" auction which is items donated by the members to raise money for association expenses. We then had the stallion service sale with services donated by our members. Thank you stallion owners for your generosity.

Thank you to all who took the time out of their busy schedule to come and support the NYPA.
