It was a totally relaxing family oriented day with the wagon train in the morning. We had teams of horses, a single horse on a cart and also 4 people riding horses. The beautiful fall foliage and the wonderful sounds of horses walking along, people talking, and the laughter that we shared will not soon be forgotten!

 When the wagon train returned back to the Tangen's enough cider was pressed for our lunch beverage. After lunch the raffle tickets were drawn, the cider pressing resumed and the pumpkin painting began. Thank you to members Seth and Alisha Finch for allowing us to use their cider press for the day.

Congratulation to the four girls that painted the NYPA logo on the pumpkins! You will see how wonderful they were in the pictures. There was also face painting and at the day's end we all relaxed around the campfire and had smore's.

Those of us who attended couldn't have asked for a more perfect relaxing end to a beautiful fun filled day!

The officers and director's of the New York Percheron Association would like to say Thank-you to all of the people who helped support our association by selling and or buying raffle tickets. We had an amazing number of people who went out of their way to sell raffle tickets and we would like to thank them! Our NYPA Queen Gianna Leffingwell drew out the winning tickets and we would like to THANK her for that!
